Terms and Conditions of Use Welcome to BibleResources.org’s Online Video Bible Subscription Service brought to you in partnership with the producers of The WatchWORD Bible. The WatchWORD Bible website and related services are provided by WatchWORD Productions (hereafter referred to as 'WatchWORD'). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the services we offer. 1. Rights Ownership All video, audio, textual and image-based content available on the WatchWORD site is protected by copyrights of individual rights owners. Refund Policy Refunds are only offered at the discretion of the rights holder and in exceptional circumstances such as the cancellation of an event. Refunds are not offered for any issues relating to video quality and reliability. 9. No Warranty All video content on WatchWORD is provided to you on an 'as-is' basis and no warranties, express or implied, are made by WatchWORD regarding the WatchWORD site, service, content or your use or viewing thereof, including without limitation, warranties as to the availability, accuracy, video or audio quality and warranties of The WatchWORD site and all content it contains. Please note that some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implies warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. 11. Changes to the Terms of Use WatchWORD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at its sole discretion and without advance notice to you.
